Disabled & Senior Citizens*
*Seniors, you pay only $12 towards the monthly pass. The Merced County Area Agency on Aging pays the other $8. These monthly bus passes also feature the same unlimited riding as the regular monthly bus pass.
Regular Ride Tokens - Regular ride tokens are now available, each good for $1 toward your trip fare. Tokens are only available at Merced County Transit - 715 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, and Merced Transpo Center - 16th & N Street, Merced.

Children Ride Free - All children 5 and younger ride all Merced
County Transit services FREE when accompanied by a fare-paying
adult. This FREE service is provided by a grant from the Merced
County Children and Families Commission
Special Note - There are no fare exchanges allowed on Merced
County Transit. You can not trade tokens or punch ticket squares
for All Day Bus Passes. No Exceptions.
Fares for Longer Trips -
The fares for trips that require two or more buses shall be
the sum of the fares to complete the trip. For example: A Hilmar
to Merced trip would be $5 One-Way. ($2 for North County plus
$3 for Route 7 = $5 One-Way) Another example: A Le Grand to
Livingston Trip would be $5 One-way. ($2 for Le Grand/Planada,
Route 9, plus $3 for Route 7 = $5)
Dial-A-Ride Fares -
Dial-A-Ride fares shall be the same as the fixed route fares. The minimum local fare for trips taken where the pickup and destination are in the same city or community shall be $2, except in the cities of Atwater, Merced and Los Banos where the one-way Dial-A-Ride cash fare is $2. Additionally for TSA-4, the fares shall be as follows:
